Job Requirements

✓ Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug test
​✓ ​Fingerprinting at your own expense (estimated $10)​​
✓ Oklahoma CNA license or PCA
​​✓ Valid Oklahoma driver license
​​✓ Reliable private transportation with valid auto insurance
​✓ Negative TB skin test
​✓ ​Current CPR certification
✓ Full Covid-19 vaccination preferred
​✓ Proficiency education and training
​​​✓ ​Annual state-mandated flu program
​​​​✓ ​Proof of eligibility to work in the United States (Form I-9)
